These sessions are a perfect opportunity for the families/carers and their children to visit the school and get a glimpse of what life is like at The Elmgreen School.

Last year visitors were introduced to the school by Mr Wilkinson, our Headteacher, who told people about The Elmgreen Way and how this forms the basis of all we do at the school.

During the evening, students and staff demonstrated what lessons are like at the school and how we learn with experiments in science, games in maths and website creation in ICT. People also got a chance to take part in PE, DT and art activities.

Year 6 students and their families/carers were impressed by our great building and facilities and were excited about the new subjects and opportunities that the school offered.
